Why Cash pay?
At NextRight Physical Therapy, we believe in keeping things simple, no confusing bills, no approval delays, and no insurance limitations telling us how to treat you. Our cash-pay model eliminates visit caps, restrictions, and the endless back-and-forth with insurance companies. Long story short…no more co pays, co-insurance, high deductibles and visit limits per calendar year.
In traditional settings, treatment choices are often dictated by billing codes and reimbursement rules, not by what’s best for the patient. At NextRight, your care is guided by your needs, goals, and progress not a set of codes or time limits.
Insurance reimburses more based on certain billing codes which causes PT’s to naturally change their treatment plan for more money. Cash Pay rules that out.

“Travis has helped me move from a place of daily pain to feeling strong again.”
